LA 카운티, 1 명의 새로운 사망자 확인, 의심 사례 409 건으로 증가
22일 (일요일 정오 기준) LA 카운티 공중보건 당국자의 발표에 따르면, 코로나바이러스와 관련한 1명의 사망자가 더 나왔고, 71건의 감염의심사례를 추가로 오늘까지 (사망자가 포함된) 총 409건의 사례를 기록했다. 이는 48시간 동안 새로 추가된 확진자 132건의 사례가 포함된 통계이다.
사망한 사람은 LA카운티 내 컬버 시티(Culver City)거주자로만 확인된, 기본적인 건강상태를 가진 65세 이상의 노인이라고 보건당국은 밝혔다. 현재 LA카운티에서는 COVID-19로 5명이 사망했다.
Coronavirus Southern California update: LA County confirms 1 new death, number of cases rises to 409
Health officials on Sunday announced one new death related to novel coronavirus in Los Angeles County and 71 new cases, bringing the number of cases to 409.
The total includes 132 new cases that were confirmed in the previous 48 hours, according to the Los Angeles County Public Health Department.
The individual who died was identified only as a Culver City resident who was older than 65 and had underlying health conditions, the agency said in a statement. Five people have now died of COVID-19 in the county.
