올해 새로 개정된 가주 부동산 법령
-프라퍼티 텍스를 절약할 수 있는 가주 주민발의안 (Prop. 19)통과돼...오는 4월 1일부터 시행

55세 이상 주택소유주 또는 중증 장애인, 산불과 자연재해 피해자는 본인이 거주하는 주택을 판매한 후 *2년 안에 다시 주택을 구입할 시 property tax를 절약할 수 있는 캘리포니아 주민발의안 19(PROPOSITION 19)이 지난해 11월 3일 통과되어 2021년 4월 1일부터 시행됩니다.
Prop. 19에는 조부모나 부모로부터 상속받은 실거주용 주택에 관한 법률 개정도 포함되어 있습니다. (2021년 2월 16일부터 시행)
주택을 판매할 계획이 있으시거나 이 법안의 혜택을 볼 수 있는 분들은 연락주시면 자세히 설명드리겠습니다.
* 2년내 기간의 명시: 에스크로 Recording(등기이전)이 된 날짜부터 계산됨.

On November 3, 2020, California voters approved Proposition 19, The Home Protection for Seniors, Severely Disabled, Families, and Victims of Wildfire or Natural Disasters Act.
