GLINTV방송팀은 2014년 6월29일 중국 산동성 영성시의 서하구를 향해 떠났다.


June 29, 2014 a Korean-American broadcasting company named as GLINTV based on the Los Angeles California USA., heads toward Xixiakou province, in which territory controlled under the jurisdiction Young-sung City in China.



이번 여정은 무공해 청정지역인 이곳에 한중합작으로 자연치유병원이 세워지고 있는 현황을 취재하기 위해서였다. 그동안 베이징과 연길을 각각 두차례 찾을 기회가 있었으나 그때는 평상적인 중국인의 생활상만 접했을 뿐이다.


The purpose of this journey is for reporting through direct investigation on a ‘natural-healing hospital’, which is being built by Korean-Chinese joint venture cooperation at a cleaned pollution-free area. In retrospect with previous tours, we visited two times at each Yungil province and the city of Beijing, but at that time we just had been met ordinary life of Chinese people.

그러나 이번 취재여행은 초청자인 서하그룹의 전문과 회장과 10여일에 걸쳐 항상 식사자리를 같이하며 진지한 대회를 나누면서 새로운 중국을 발견할수 있는 기회가 되었다.

But this journey is special for given great chance to seeing newly rising China in current throughout the serious talking with the host Chairman Mr. Tian Wen Ke, who is the chairman of XIXIA Group, about ten days taking with meal with him.

로스앤젤스에서 서하구 까지의 취재여행을 통해 발견한 새로운 중국을 조명해 본다.

Let’s illuminates new China through this wonderful journey to discovering Xixiakou


[제1편]

-로스앤젤스에서 평택항까지

[Part ]

To Pyungtaek harbor From Los Angeles

LA 국제공항을 떠나 한국의 인천공항에 도착하기 전까지는 통상적인 항공여행 이었다.

It was felt just daily normal air travel to anyone, who were leaving LAX (LA’s International Airport) until the arrival at Incheon International Airport in South Korea.

인천공항 까지의 12시간을 좁은 좌석과 행동 공간을 견뎌야 하는 상항은 항공여행에서 누구나 체험해야 하는 것이었기에 색다른 느낌을 받지 않았다.


About 12 hours of air travel to Incheon airport, it was not a unique situation as withstanding with narrow space and small seats for everyone should experience it.


그러나 한국에서 중국까지의 여행은 항공편이 아닌 선박을 이용할수 있었기 때문에 색다른 체험을 할수 있었다.


However, the next route as transporting from Korea to China, it can take to a unique experience mainly because of South Korea’s trip was able to use a ship rather than flights to China.

특히 초청자인 서하그룹이 한중 합작으로 운영하는 대룡해운에서 특등석을 제공하며 출국에서 부터 입국까지의 모든 절차부터 특별한 것이었다.

It looks a special trip, due to invite side XIXIA Group’s warm and kind support with special treatment to all procedures from departure to arrival, such as release First-class seats to us. It was provided by Dae-ryong shipping Co’, in which business is operated by Korean-Chinese joint venture Co., as an agency company of XIXIA Group.

승선을 기다리는 동안 일반 대기실이 아닌 해운사 VIP 실에서 기다리는 동안 출국수속에서 부터 화물운반등 제반 절차가 직원들에 의해 이루어 지면서 배에 올라 특등실에 들어갔을 때는 여권과 화물이 모두 방에 놓여 있었다.

Before climb on the ship, we were served at a cozy VIP’s room instead of waiting room. And all procedures already well done by the hands of staff, as neatly organized passport and luggage in the room.

테이블에는 과일 접시와 맥주까지 갖춰있어 즐거운 항해를 예고해 줬다. 평택항에서 서하구 까지 12시간여의 항해길 이었으나 중국인이 대부분인 승객들의 모습과 항공기와는 다른 넓은 공간에서 움직이는 모습들을 지켜보는 것은 새로운 체험이기도했다. 특히 한국과 중국을 오가며 행상을 하는 중국인들의 모습은 활기에 넘쳐 보였다.


There on the table provided fruit dishes and beers were sufficiently prospects amusing sailing. Although the sailing took 12 hours from Pyungtaek habor to Xixiakou, it was an interesting experience as compare to Air plan. Because of we saw on the deck, there were visible to energetic to-and-fro moving Chinese merchants who come-and-go regularly Korea between China.

선내에서의 식사는 일반 승객들은 군대식 배식을 이용하거나 개인적으로 준비한 음식에 의존하는것 같았으나 우리는 선원식당에서 선원들과는 다른 진수성찬으로 상을 받았다.

Regarding to food service, it was seen slightly as kind of military dining or individually proving diet dishes, actually we were served like a feast diner table.

목적지가 가까워 지면서 하선을 준비하는 승객들의 모습은 육지에서의 일상생활과 다르지 않았다.

It’s not different with ordinary daily living in land, even as we ready to disembarkation as the ship was closing to destination.

12시간여의 뱃길은 이렇게 다양한 광경들을 볼수 있어서 지루 하지가 않았다.

There were no chances to boring moments for it visible to lots of interesting sights.
 
선상에서 하선을 준비하고 있는동안 전문과(Tian Wen Ke) 회장과 장남인 전은영(Tian En Rong) 사장이 우리 일행을 기다리고 있는 모습에서 좋은 서하구의 첫인상을 갖게 되었다.

Ready for disembarkation on the deck, we’ve become a wonderful first impression because of when Chairman Tian Wen Ke and his elder son Tian En Rong were waiting us on the wharf. 

전회장 부자가 숙소로 안내하는 차속에서 어떤 호텔일가 하는 생각은 차를 멈추고 짐을 내리면서 놀라움으로 변했다. 바로 눈앞에 높은 계단위로 서있는 궁전같은 건물이었다.

During Chairman Tian Wen Ke with his son’s guidance to take their building to drive, we exited its imagination as what kind of housing or hotel’s level. But, we were very surprised, when the car stopped and the assistant getting-off luggage in front of long stairways as if a palace building.

무려 109계단을 올라가야 하는 그곳에 숙소가 마련되었던 것이다.  호텔이나 평범한 사가에 익숙했던 여행에서 궁전같은 숙소에 머문것은 잊지못할 추억이 되었다.
The palace housing was provided nearly 109th steps height, so we never forget its memorable occasion as rest in like palace.

환영나온 전문과 부자의 모습에서 받았던 서하구의 좋은 인상은 첫날의 식사 자리에서 확인할수 있었다. 그것은 중국 굴지의 재벌답지 않게 진심으로 환대하는 모습이나 직접 즉석요리를 하면서 음식을 나눠주는 접대, 서하구에 머무는 동안 바쁜 시간에도 불구하고 아래사람을 시켜 대접하는 것이 아니라 한번도 빠지지 않고 직접 자리를 함께하며 변함없는 행동을 보이는데서 진정성을 확인할수 있었다. 특히 특별히 만든 김치와 각뚜기가 한상 식탁을 차지해 초청객에 대한 배려를 느끼게 했다.

It was verified Xixiakou’s first impression was wonderful at the dinner table, and it was provided by the father Chairman Tian Wen Ke and his son who were waiting on the wharf. Moreover, Chairman Tian Wen Ke’s humble attitude was different with any of rich and famous conglomerates, who’re always serving directly using his own hands, never to ordering his servants. Chairman’s sharing home-made dinner with visitors were reflected his honest personality and humble mind. Especially, handout to home-made Kimchi and Kacduggi dishes were great to all of Korean-American visitors.   


식사를 전후해 가지는 티 타임에서 스스럼 없는 대화를 나누고 식사가 시작되면 전문과 회장이 직접 서브를 하며 오랜 친지를 만난것처럼 가족적인 분위기 속에서 식사와 대화를 나눌수 있어 식사자리는 항상 부드러움을 유지할수 있었다. 특히 우리를 접대하는 서하그룹의 직원들을 편안하게 대하는 그의 모습에서 재벌들에게 가졌던 선입감을 지울수 있었다.


The meal table was conserved in smooth feeling, we can see that chairman Tian Wen Ke started to hand out dishes visitors as if serving to his own family members whom may like to casual conversations. Especially, it was useless prejudice to see him comparing with any other rich conglomerate equivalently, because of the chairman was dealing easy with his servants. 


특히 중국의 부호들은 서민들이 맛볼수 없는 진기한 요리들을 선호한다는 선입감과는 달리 평범한 식단으로 꾸며져 소박한 단면을 볼수 있었다. 항상 신선한 야채와 생선류, 고기를 넣지않은 만두를 비롯해 찐 고구마와 옥수수등 중산층 가정에서 볼수있는 식단이었다.


Particularly it was a prejudice to see rich Chinese might prefer the unusual dishes as unlike ordinary people. On the contrary, the meal tables are decorated in a normal diet which was seen in the middle-class family, such as steamed sweet potatoes, corn, as well as always fresh fish, vegetables and dumplings without meat, etc.

특별한 것이 있다면 싱싱한 사시미와 해삼, 전복, 성계등 해산물 이었는데 모든것이 이곳 청정 해역에서 잡힌 것이었으며 채소류도 무공해로 키운 올개닉 이라는 점이다.

In fact, any of special dishes such as non-pollution organic vegetables are grown in clean area, and  everything that were in place of clean waters, including fresh seafood sashimi along with sea cucumber, abalone, star-fish.
 
중국인들은 육식과 기름진 음식을 선호 한다는 선입감을 깨어 버렸으며 조미료는 일체 사용하지 않고 있었다. 특히 중국인들의식사자리에서 빼어놓을수 없는 독한 술을 축배를 들때마다 마셔야 하는것이 식탁의 매너로 알고 있었지만 맹물을 가지고도 진정이 담긴 축배를 할수 있다는 사실을 알게 되었다. 전문과 회장 자신도 술을 못한다면서 항상 생수로 축배를 했다.

It was a wrong prejudice to seeing Chinese people may prefer to meat and fatty foods at the meal. Moreover, it was a myth in fact, there was none of using chemical based alternative seasoning in cooking. We become aware of the fact that Chinese table manners that also drink toast by freshwater, instead of alcohol booze dining spot. Chairman Tian Wen Ke himself he does always have a toast by freshwater at meal table.

여러번의 식사자리가 항상 가족적인 분위기 였지만 떠나는날 그를 비롯해 부인, 장남내외, 두명의 손자들과 함께 가진 식사자리는 재벌그룹 총수 이전에 가족을 중시하는 가장의 면모를 보여주기에 충분했다. 가정을 먼저 다스려야 한 나라를 다스릴수 있다(수신제가 치국평천하)는 옛말을 실감케 하줬다.

Before he was leaving, Chairman Tian Wen Ke shows best example of the important value of family that was enough to focus on the aspects of the family. Although his conglomerates position, he took meal together with his wife, his elder son and two of grandchildren in a loving family atmosphere.

It feels traditional maxim of Confucius, saying “If one wanted to govern a country rightly with loyalty, one should be good to home and family first”.


서하구를 떠나는 날도 장남과 함께 선착장에서 작별을 해주는 그의 모습에서 재벌 이전에 따뜻한 인간미를 느낄수 있게 해 줬다.

At the dock, we felt Chairman’s warm hearted humanity for his tearful farewell appearance with his elder son.

 
소박하고 가정적인 분위기 속에서 즐거운 식사를 할수 있었던 것은 전문과 회장이 입버릇 처럼 자신은 가난한 농부 출신이어서 그와같은 생활이 몸에 배어있다고 말하지만 초심을 잃지않고 있는것은 그만의 확고한 철학을 항상 지니고 있기 때문인것 같았다.

It seemed to be that his humble attitude was derived by his own philosophy of life without losing the original intention, as he always says about himself was a poor farmer’s background. So, it could be possible to share a simple and enjoyable meal in a homely atmosphere.

그와같은 사실은 70년대 까지만 해도 서하구가 너무나 가난해 주민들이 떠나버렸던 사실을 뼈아프게 느끼며 자신이 부를 이룩하게 되면 이곳을 이상향으로 만들겠다는 결심을 실천에 옮겼던 것으로 증명하고 있었다(제2편끝)


He felt pain as if a bone broken when he experienced the Xixiakou’s living condition was extremely poor and the residents turned ways. So, Chairman Tian Wen Ke promised himself to create Utopia if he were achieving wealth. In current, Xixiakou is totally different with the 70’s era is proved as much as his ongoing practice with his indomitable spirit.

-Where dream’s contained of Chairman Tian Wen Ke

서하구는 중국인들도 즐겨찾는 관광지로 알려져 있다. 공해가 심각하다는 중국의 오명과는 달리 공해가 전혀없고 잘 정돈되고 깨끗한 거리에 노점상이나 할일없이 거리를 서성거리는 사람들도 없고 범죄를 찾아볼수도 없는 곳이다. 이곳에 첫발을 딛으면 조용한 전원도시같은 분위기에 빠져든다.

Xixiakou province is also known as the Chinese tourist’s favorite site. China has been concerned bad reputations of pollution; on the contrary, here Xixiakou’s has no pollution at all and streets were tidy and clean. Moreover, people were none of hanging out and none of crime, none of illegal market as felt as a quiet town atmosphere.


이런곳에 중국에서 가장먼저 해가 뜨는 곳으로 진시황이 불로초를 구하기 위해 두번이나 이곳을 찾았다는 성산구 관광구역, 팬더곰을 비롯해 각종 야생동물이 자연 그대로 살고있는 동물원을 비롯해 아름다운 자연경관이 펼쳐져 있어 많은 중국인들이 이곳을 찾고있다. 그러나 이런 외적인 모습속에 담겨진 서하구는 어느 중국에서도 찾아볼수없는 이상향이다. 시진핑 정권이 추진하고 있다는 평등과 균등의 사회를 실천해 보임으로써 중국속의 모델이 되고있는 곳이다.

This is the first place where the sun is rising at China and as known to be a tourism district, because of Emperor, Qin Shi Huang visited here twice to searching for the ‘Bulnocho’ herb medicine -a lifelong medicine by traditional myth.

Lots of Chinese people are visiting here, because in the zoo lives panda bears as well as a variety of wildlife’s beautiful scenery unfolds at the estuary.

This place’s external appearance seems to be a new role model as if a realized utopia in China. Indeed, it is a role model case of community’s voluntary practice as much as Xi Jinping regime (ruling communist party) promotes and upholds equality with a progress in the balance.


그것은 바로 서하구의 가난한 농부출신으로 역경을 딛고 부를 축적하면서 해운, 조선, 운수등 7개 거대기업을 운영하는 서하그룹의 전문과 회장이 항상 마음속으로 다짐했던 이상적인 꿈을 실현하면서 가능했다. 그러나 단순히 정책적인 차원에서 이룩한 모델이 아니라 전회장의 베푼과 나눔의 철학이 만든 인간적이 배려가 없었으면 불가능 했을 것이다.


Although he was a poor farmer’s background, his dream hope is now actually realized  by his ongoing effort for wealth accumulation, and especially his heart was committed to build ideal community or a town of utopia. While he operates seven companies at large business sector such as ocean shipping, marine transportation, shipbuilding.

However, this would not have been possible if no consideration is made of humane compassion. This achievement is belongs to Chairman Tian Wen Ke’s firm belief of political philosophy of sharing, instead of the Xi regime’s policy level.

서하구는 70년대만 해도 가난한 농어촌 지역으로 가난에 찌든 이곳 주민들은 서하구를 떠나는 것만 살길로 여겼다. 그래서 서하구는 황폐해 가기만 했다.
이런 서하구에서 가난한 농부로 자란 전문과 회장은 서하구를 버리겠다는 마음보다는 서하구를 누구나 살고 싶어하는 중국제일의 이상향으로 만들겠다는 꿈을 키우며 어려움을 극복해 갔다.

In the 70’s era, Xixiakou was an impoverished rural area and the residents were very poor. For the resident, it was nothing but only escape such a poor land. So the land went into disrepair.

Although Mr. Tian Wen Ke grew up in a poor farmer, he was willing to take to overcome the difficulties to make Xixiakou is anyone mostly wants to live place as if utopian dream hometown in China. .

전회장의 이와같은 인생행로는 바로 산동성 출신의 공자가 가난한 집안에서 태어나 온갖 역경을 겪으면서도 초심의 뜻을 굽히지않고 세상이 필요로 하는 사람이 된다는 사실을 보여준것 같은 길을 밟은 것인지도 모르겠다.

The way of life Chairman Tian Wen Ke’s tells as much equivalently as Confucius’ role model story as he became the world needs person, although he was from a poor Shandong province. Either who Confucius or Mr. Tian was born in a poor family, but overcome suffering in life, as hoping to make better world.


500여 가구 1300명의 인구를 가진 서하구는 관광지역 외에 잘 정돈된 아프트와 주택, 병원1개, 마켓 1개를 비롯해 1개의 관광호텔 외에 귀빈을 접대하는 영빈관들로 생활한경이 마련되어 있다.

Xixiakou district is having a tourist area but included 500 households with a population of 1300 people and the surround living area is provided well organized apartment buildings and resident houses, a guesthouse to host a VIP tour hotel, 1 market building and 1 hospital.

아파트와 주택은 500여 가구에 균등하게 무료로 제공되며 병원, 갖가지 시설들은 모두 무료로 이용할수 있다. 전기료 같은 공공요금도 모두 무료다. 그리고 1300명 모두에게는 월 300위안의 현금과 200위안의 식품을 구입할수 있는 식품권이 주어진다. 대학에 진학하는 자녀들에게는 졸업후 서하구로 돌아와 일하겠다는 조건으로 전액 등록금을 부담해 준다.

The apartments and houses are available free of charge to over 500 household. Moreover lots of community services, such as hospital and facilities and all kinds of utility bills like electricity are free of charge to anyone else.

As if a government support fee voucher, all residents can buy food for monthly 300 yuan granted, and 200 yuan in cash given for food purchase to all 1,300 people.

The higher education fees to be paid in full commitment in conditional agreement by the students will as promise to when after graduation who shall be returning Xixiakou. So, all children can go to college.
 
거리에 노점상이나 할일없이 빈둥거리는 사람들이 없는것은 능력에 따라 서하그룹 산하에서 일자리를 제공하기 때문이다. 물론 근로에 따른 급료는 별도로 지급된다.
이런 제도가 가능한 것은 500세대 1300여 인구가 모두 서하그룹 산하의 주주로 되어있어  배당을 균등하게 받기때문이다. 바로 기업형 마을(enterprise village)을 이루고 있는 것이다.

There is not exist any of jobless street bums, because it offers a job by the Xixiha group, according to candidate’s ability to the job-side, appropriate position was given.
Of course, the working salaries to be paid independently from the extra community voucher all residents.

The reason for such equal sharing system possible is because 500 households of 1,300 peoples receive the stock as a shareholder, it dividends equally from the Xixiha group. It shows rightly forming an example of a successful corporate town built as a type of enterprise village.

2005년 4월과 7월 당시 후진타오(Hu Jintao-securitary general)와 우방궈(Wu Bangguo-Commissary general)가 이곳을 찾아 그 업적을 높이 치하했다. 이들의 치하는 진정한 의미의 사회주의적 마을을 건설한다는 의미였을 것이지만 전문과 회장의 이상향 건설의 꿈은 사회주의 이전에 기독교나 불교가 말하고 있는 진정한 베품과 나눔의 마음 때문이라고 해야 할 것이다. 그것은 아무리 그가 진정한 사회주의를 지향 한다고 해도 마음으로 부터 우러 나오는 베품과 나눔의 정신이 없으면 불가능 하기 때문이다. 

April and July 2005 were honorable times for visiting Hu Jintao (Secretary general) and Wu Bangguo (Commissary general) warmly praised its wonderful achievement.

They might have praised for socialist village was built in true meaning. However, it must be told that Chairman Tian Wen Ke’s dream of built utopia is much more close to the thoughts of sharing and compassion of Christianity or Buddhist’s teaching.

It is not possible to build such an enterprise village in a sense of utopia if it without a spirit of sharing and compassion. For achieving he directed himself into the ways of heart of loving mind no matter how real socialism comes from.

중국에서도 가장 뛰어난 청정지역에 이상향을이룩한 전문과 회장은 또다른 꿈을 현실로 옮기고 있다. 바로 한중합작으로 자연치유병원을 만든다는 것이다.

The Xixiakou province became the best clean and no-pollution site like utopian land by the effort of chairman Tian Wen Ke. Now he is moving on another project to up-grading his dream. The project’s blue print aim is to build ‘Natural healing hospital’ by the corporate investment and work with Korean and Chinese.

자연치유병원의 첫째 목적은 서하구 주민들이 보다 건강한 삶을 유지할수 있도록 하는 것이며 더 나아가서는  세계 모든 사람들이 이곳에서 건강을 찾을수 있는 건강명소로 만든다는 것이다.

The first goal of Natural healing hospital is to serving to health benefit to all Xixiakou residents, so the people can maintain and enjoy healthy life. Thus, all global people in the world can visit here for improving their health condition. And this attraction makes a healthy world where all people can enjoy the power of natural healing.
